What are cookies?
Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. They are widely used to make sites work, or work more efficiently, and to provide information to the site owner. We also use related technologies such as localStorage to remember your preferences.
Categories of cookies we use
1. Strictly necessary (always on)
Required for the site to function — including remembering your cookie preference. These do not track you and cannot be switched off.
adhd-sofia-cookie-consent-v1— stores your consent choice (12 months, first-party).
2. Analytics (only with your consent)
We use Google Analytics 4 to understand which content is most helpful, with IP anonymisation enabled. We do not use Google Analytics for advertising, and we do not sell your data. Cookies set:
_ga— distinguishes users (up to 2 years)._ga_<container-id>— session state for GA4 (up to 2 years)._gid— distinguishes users (24 hours).
Google may process data outside the EU/EEA. See Google's Privacy Policy and Google Analytics Opt-out.
3. Third-party services we link to
Purchases of digital products are processed by Gumroad on their own domain. When you click through, Gumroad sets its own cookies under its own policy. Embedded social links (Instagram, TikTok) do not load any cookies until you click them.
